I have nearly twenty years experience of working in the Information Technology (IT) industry, as a business analyst, systems designer and project manager. My expertise is in analysing business processes and delivering creative solutions to business problems. First I help clients to define their business requirements, then I translate those requirements into a technical solution.

I'm an experienced coach and linguist, so I'm good at getting to the core of an issue, and I believe in talking to people in plain language, rather than 'techno-speak'. I was responsible for managing the design and build of internet and intranet sites for global organisations. I now design websites for small businesses in South West London and Surrey.

As a photographer, I have a good eye for creative detail - in particular finding the right images and colours to express your unique message. I'm also hot on getting the grammar and spelling in your copy just right, being a qualified teacher of English as a Foreign Language.

I am familiar with several brands of html and image editing software and enjoy altering images to suit the occasion. I hand build websites, following the World Wide Web Consortium guidelines for accessibility, or use Wordpress to enable you to update the content of your website yourself.
